Sukhrob Sharipov is an expert in HR, labour law, and the labour market — a seasoned consultant and trainer. He delivers consultations, training sessions, and master classes for companies and individuals, and regularly speaks at professional forums. With over 15 years of experience in HR roles across public and private sectors — including telecom, banking, manufacturing, and HoReCa — he brings deep practical knowledge to every engagement.

Currently, he serves as HR Director at the five-star hotel “Dushanbe Serena.” He is a member of the State Certification Commission at the Russian-Tajik Slavonic University (RTSU) and an active contributor to Tajikistan’s HR community. Sukhrob designs and leads development programs focused on strategic HR management, recruitment, assessment, motivation, internal communications, and corporate culture.
