Hoda Mahmoud is the Global HR Director at Autochek Africa, where she has been shaping the company’s HR strategies across different markets since January 2024. With over 15 years of experience, she specialises in talent management, employee development, and organisational transformation. 

Previously, Hoda led the HR function at noon Egypt, where she built talent management strategies in the context of the company’s rapid growth. At Qatar Airways, she held key HR positions, overseeing 88 countries and supporting the business during crises, including the 2016 Qatar blockade and the COVID-19 pandemic. 

She started her career at General Motors, focusing on global talent development and change management. Hoda is a strong advocate for developing internal talent and believes companies should take responsibility for the growth of their employees. Her strategic approach to HR helps organisations boost engagement and unlock the potential of their people.
