Elena Vitchak is a professor of business practice at the SKOLKOVO School of Management and an expert in management and human capital management. She holds an Executive MBA, is a certified coach, and a PCM trainer. 

Her areas of educational and consulting expertise include organisational culture, leadership, change management, and HR tools. She is ranked among the TOP-1000 best managers in Russia by Kommersant, and is a contributor to Forbes and HBR.

Since 2017, Elena has been teaching at SKOLKOVO, leading the programmes HR as a Business Partner and Employee as a Client. In 2022, she received the Teaching Excellence Award for her pedagogical skills.

With 18 years of management experience, including her work at AFK Sistema (2008–2017), where she participated in the transformation of business models, her approach blends academic knowledge with deep practical expertise.
