Project Description:
Welcome-quest: The UZINFOCOM Universe is a digital solution created by the HR team using AI technologies. 

The project aims for the effective adaptation of new employees through a modern LMS platform that combines interactive learning, gamification, and a personalized approach. With the help of AI, unique training materials were developed: video instructions, comics, voiceovers, and adaptive modules. Game mechanics were built into the training, which increased engagement and the success rate of quest completion. 

As a result, the adaptation period was reduced to 10 days, and turnover among new employees decreased. The project demonstrates how HR can be a driver of technological change — simply, effectively, and with care for people.
