Project Description:
The project is aimed at forming an effective HR function in the company through the systematic transformation of key personnel management processes. 

The following were developed and implemented: a system of accounting and administration in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a structured approach to recruitment and evaluation of candidates, an adaptation program, as well as mechanisms for motivation and retention. 

The foundations have been created for scalable training and development of employees. Corporate culture has been updated, and the recognition of the HR brand in the labor market has been enhanced. Automation of routine HR processes has been implemented. 

The project became a starting point for the HR system, aimed at increasing engagement, reducing turnover, and supporting the company's business goals.
