In 2024–2025, Tashkent City Mall made a strategic HR breakthrough — from manual management and 40% turnover to a modern, end-to-end HR system.
Within 12 months, a comprehensive HR strategy was implemented, key processes were automated through VERIFIX, a modular learning ecosystem LERNA was launched, onboarding and adaptation were standardized, and a competitive benefits package was introduced. Turnover dropped by 60%, eNPS grew from <10 to 55, vacancy response rate doubled, and 100% of HR documentation became digital.
HR became a strategic business partner, and the Mall team — a live example of how to transform culture and operations in one year.
The project reshaped not only processes, but the entire organizational mindset.
