After all, who better than the local residents themselves to tell honest and engaging stories about the most remarkable places where the company operates?

Core idea: to showcase the attractiveness of Norilsk Nickel’s regions of operation through the voices of employees who live and work there.

Target audience: current and potential employees from across the country, as well as students from relevant universities.

Heroes: company employees and active participants in Norilsk Nickel’s corporate programs — particularly members of the “In Good Company” community.

Format: short vertical videos featuring employees’ personal stories — their own perspectives on the places, people, and events that make the company’s regions unique and worth exploring.
