Project Description:
This project was implemented during a period of rapid growth for the airline, when the workforce tripled, and internal HR processes were not yet in place. 

A full-fledged HR function was built from the ground up: recruitment and onboarding processes were standardized, talent acquisition channels were developed, and digital solutions were introduced (VERIFIX and E-Ijro), contributing to reduced employee turnover. 

Two training classrooms were opened, and programs were launched focusing on leadership skills, corporate culture, and onboarding. 

The project ensured workforce stability, alignment with international standards, and laid a solid foundation for the company’s continued business expansion.
