HR as a driver of sustainable development at JSCB Microcreditbank is a project to integrate ESG principles into the HR processes.

Launched in 2025, the initiative covered the digitization of HR processes, reduction of paper and resource consumption, greening, healthy lifestyle programs, and the development of an internal culture of sustainability.
