Project Description:

ZOOMER FMCG HACKATHON 2025 is an innovative HR project aimed at attracting young talent to FMCG through a Hackathon. In the context of fierce competition for Generation Z, we created a unique platform where participants solved real business cases, discovered the company’s culture, and showcased their potential.


Key features:

• Practice-oriented approach: real cases in marketing, logistics, HR, production, and sales;
• Interactivity: Telegram bot for communication and product tastings with experts;
• Long-term impact: post-event activities (videos, interviews with participants and mentors) that sustained audience engagement.

Results:
• 55 actual Hackathon participants
• 10 presentations with company case solutions
• Strengthened partnerships with 12 leading universities of Uzbekistan
• Recap video reached 92,300+ views on Instagram
The project proved that FMCG can be modern and attractive for the young generation, and that a Hackathon is an effective tool for building a talent pipeline.
