Project Description:
Kapital People is a digital ecosystem for training and development of employees of JSCB Kapitalbank, combining LMS, mobile application, AI content, gamification and internal motivation. 

The project covered 95% of employees and reduced the cost of course development by 60%. Courses are created using neural networks: video, voice-over, texts and visuals. The peak number of courses completed reached 10,000 per month. 

In April 2025, the Lavka Chudes online store was launched, where employees exchange training points for gifts. In the first 6 months of 2025 alone, the average number of courses completed was 8 completed courses per 1 employee. 

Kapital People is not just training, but a modern, engaging and effective development environment that meets the expectations of the digital generation and the bank's strategy. The product was implemented in-house by an internal team.
