ISHONCH is distinguished from other companies by the specificity of its business, which combines elements of retail and fintech. An incompetent employee cannot be assigned to narrow roles in the store, for example, in the contract and collection department. At the next level, analytical functionality is added and the area of responsibility is expanded, and management functions and tasks of more strategic importance are added to the role of the head of the department. All this, in turn, requires a more individual approach to the formation of the trajectory of development and learning. It is impossible to apply a standard approach to teaching, as in working with the masses.

PROmotion allows employees to see what roles they can grow for both horizontally and vertically, the path of career development has become absolutely transparent. Within the framework of the project, job profiles, training modules for each position, a certification system and informative and interactive material with visual career opportunities are being developed.

We plan that thanks to the implementation of the system: up to 92% of employees will be trained, up to 60% of management vacancies will be filled by internal transfers, and HRBP's labor costs for transfers will be reduced by up to 20%.

The project is being actively implemented and will become the basis for increasing employee engagement, retention and efficiency in the future.
