Project Description:
Ipak Generation is a step toward those just starting their journey. 

We have joined forces with 10 universities and the Science and Education Development Fund to provide students with real-world experience through open lectures, seminars, workshops, and internship opportunities. 

Over six months, the project has reached 237 students, with 20 currently undergoing internships, and 10 already becoming part of our team. 

We supported two hackathons and an international chess tournament, which brought together more than 300 participants. Internal bank experts shared their knowledge, acted as mentors, and served on juries. 

Ipak Generation is not a one-time event, but a systematic approach to developing young professionals. We don’t just share knowledge — we build a bridge between university and career, offering students a chance to try, choose, and grow. And we do it with faith in those who will create tomorrow’s world.
