Project Description:
The project to identify values in Lesta Games Group of Companies is an example of an organic, live approach, in which values are not introduced, but identified as an already existing part of the corporate culture. The initiators were the CEO and management, not HR, which is a rare practice for such initiatives.
The project began with an interview with the CEO, after which a pool of 40 key bearers of the cultural code was selected among employees. They completed a questionnaire with open-ended questions, which made it possible to collect natural wordings. Recurring meanings were identified by the project team.
Further, the circle of participants was expanded according to the recommendations of the key employees.
At the third stage, the participants voted for the identified concepts, a cloud of meanings was formed as a result.
This made it possible to conduct a survey throughout the group companies and identify values that are close to everyone.
