Project Description:

To build an open and prompt dialogue with line employees in restaurants and the office, we implemented a QR code system leading to the Pyrus platform. Each employee can now leave a request, idea or complaint in a couple of clicks - and HR and managers receive all requests centrally, with automatic categorization and tracking of response times. This solution made the voice of employees audible, increased trust in internal processes and allowed us to quickly eliminate bottlenecks on the ground. We are recording an increase in feedback, a decrease in response time and higher engagement rates in surveys.
