Project Description:
"Support that Changes Lives" is not just an HR project, but a full-fledged social system within AKFA Group, covering assistance to employees, their families and people living in the regions. 

It is a unique model of internal empathy and corporate responsibility that grew out of real human stories and became a strategic direction. In 2023, an Internal Assistance Centre was created, a network of coordinators was built, and accounting and control mechanisms were implemented. In 2024, more than $2 million was used to support over 1,900 requests for assistance, and infrastructure and environmental initiatives were launched, including modernisation of school classrooms and large-scale landscaping. 

The project has built loyalty, reduced turnover and become an integral part of AKFA's culture. It's about the strength of a company that knows how to not only produce, but truly care.
