Project Description:

The TAR (Turnaround) project was the largest maintenance operation in Air Products’ Europe-Africa region in the past 20 years.

At the heart of this project were not just cutting-edge technology but also remarkable people. The safety of every employee is a core value at Air Products. A diverse multinational team of over 1,000 professionals from 12 countries—inspiringly united, including personnel from the company's global office, Air Products Uzbekistan, and experts from China, India, the UK, Russia, Egypt, Kazakhstan, South Africa, and the UAE—completed an astounding 1.31 million work hours without any injuries or incidents. Throughout the project, accommodation, a medical center, and catering services were thoughtfully provided for all team members.

Performance testing confirmed that the equipment is fully prepared for stable and reliable operation at 100% capacity following the TAR.
