The “Giving Good” initiative was launched to support both employees and the wider community, with a focus on inclusive employment, adaptation of people with disabilities, and empowering the next generation through education.

Each initiative was built on a clear strategy, thorough impact assessment, and partnerships with governmental and non-governmental organisations. Dedicated resources were allocated to ensure sustainable implementation.

Between January and June 2024, 43 employees with disabilities were hired into production roles, each supported by a mentor and a sign language interpreter. The company also welcomed a remote employee with a disability to its call centre team. In February 2024, the “Support and Consultation Office” was opened, handling 186 individual cases. A total of 178 employees received social, psychological, or legal assistance; 113 received food packages; and tuition was covered for the children of three employees pursuing higher education.

A memorandum was signed with Promind School, securing discounted tuition for 240 children of employees. Additionally, 41 high school students completed the “Young Confectioner” course, with 35 earning certificates upon graduation.

“Giving Good” has significantly improved employee well-being, strengthened trust within the organisation, and promoted a more inclusive and supportive workplace culture.
