Project Description:
JSC Mosinzhproekt is a company with a rich history, strong traditions, and a well-established corporate culture. Over the past 13 years, the company has undergone rapid development and growth. With the shift in its strategic direction came a natural evolution in values — and with it, a need to redefine our Employer Value Proposition (EVP). 

This transformation was driven by a deep understanding that our employer brand must reflect who we are today — while honouring where we come from. Our renewed EVP brings together our heritage, technological leadership, intergenerational continuity, the expertise we’ve built over the years, and the real success stories of our team.

The project was one of the most complex in terms of managing change and took a year and a half to complete. It unfolded in several key stages:
1. In-depth research — to identify the core values important not only to our employees but also to our external audience;
2. Development of the EVP — crafting a value proposition aligned with our current strategy and aspirations;
3. Creation of a creative concept and HR brand book — providing clear guidance on how to apply the EVP across all communications;
4. Activation of the EVP — a large-scale effort that continues to this day.

Looking ahead, we are preparing to launch several exciting initiatives, including a digital game, the establishment of a corporate university department in partnership with MGSU, and the formation of a brand ambassador community to champion our employer brand.

This renewed EVP has become more than just a communications tool — it is a meaningful expression of our company’s evolution and a foundation for a stronger, more relevant employer brand.
