- Turnover rate among packaging specialists decreased by 4.9%, significantly reducing recruitment and training costs
- The time to reach first qualification level dropped from 11 months in 2022 to 8 months in 2024, indicating a faster and more effective onboarding process
- First-year attrition among packaging specialists decreased fivefold, while overall attrition in this group was reduced by 2.5 times
- A 2023 analysis showed a notable increase in production staff readiness and a reduction in positions lacking successors
