Project Description:
Kapitalbank Academy is a unique and innovative project aimed at enhancing the qualifications of bank employees and developing their professional skills. Established with the goal of fostering learning and staff development, the Academy offers a wide range of educational programs tailored to the specific needs of the bank and its employees.

As part of the project, a dedicated training infrastructure was developed, including modern classrooms and a fully equipped 500 sq.m. computer lab with the necessary hardware and software. The Academy also features an online platform for remote learning.

The Academy hosts both in-house training sessions and seminars, as well as learning events with invited industry experts. Its unique approach, with a focus on practical skills and the use of innovative methodologies, positions Kapitalbank Academy as a leading professional development center in the banking sector. Every participant receives not only theoretical knowledge but also the opportunity to apply it immediately in practice, significantly increasing the effectiveness and impact of the training. Training is delivered by a team of seven in-house coaches at Kapitalbank.

The key outcome of the project is improved service quality driven by enhanced staff competencies. Well-trained employees are better equipped to inform clients about the bank's products and services, contributing positively to the bank’s reputation.
