The implementation of the project reduced recruitment time by 30%, improved accuracy by 25%, shortened training duration by 40%, and increased productivity by 35%. Operational risks decreased by 40%, and service quality improved by 30%. Time tracking accuracy reached 95%, and administrative costs were reduced by 20%.
The initiative also resulted in cost savings of 668,714,018 UZS.
