The Benefits Cafeteria is a flexible system that empowers employees to choose additional perks tailored to their personal needs and preferences.

Click Choyxona is an innovative employee platform combining gamification, cultural authenticity, and the warm, welcoming spirit of a traditional Uzbek choyxona (teahouse). Inspired by national traditions, it creates a friendly space where employees feel valued, supported, and connected — fostering team spirit and strengthening corporate culture.

More than just a platform, Click Choyxona is a space for recognition, interaction, and meaningful reward. Employees are celebrated for their contributions and can earn points for achievements and engagement.

A special feature of the project is the “Rahmat” (Thank You) mechanic — a peer-to-peer recognition tool that allows employees to send “Suyunchi” points as a token of appreciation. This encourages a culture of gratitude, strengthens team bonds, and supports a spirit of mutual respect. Managers also have the opportunity to highlight exceptional achievements on a monthly basis, further motivating teams.
