Project Description:
As part of its commitment to ESG principles — particularly in promoting inclusivity and access to quality IT education regardless of gender or socioeconomic status — Unitel LLC launched the Beeline Academy project. This initiative offers both offline and online educational platforms, providing free learning opportunities to company employees, university students, talented youth from low-income families, and anyone motivated to join the Beeline Academy community.

The primary goal of the project is to elevate the status of IT professions and attract young people to fields that directly contribute to Uzbekistan’s digital economy.

Beeline Academy officially opened in 2023 on the campus of the Tashkent International University of Education (TIUE) — a key institution for training IT professionals, including those working in the field of cybersecurity.
