TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

We invite you to participate in the EMBRAS Award competition with your HR projects across various categories. The award includes 10 nominations covering different HR areas, from social and volunteer initiatives and the implementation of innovative solutions to ESG and employer branding.

In 2025, we have introduced two new categories in addition to our regular categories:

  • Next Generation: for projects aimed at developing young professionals and students
  • Culture of Success: for projects focused on strengthening and evolving corporate culture


Participation fees:

  • Standard rate: $1,900 USD + VAT
  • Repeat participation: $1,700 + VAT


The participation fee includes the submission of up to three projects in different categories, evaluation by the jury panel, placement of your logo on all event marketing materials, a description of nominated projects in the "About the Award Projects" brochure, two tickets to the Summit, and three tickets to the Award Ceremony.

Is participation in the Award paid?

Yes, the fee is $1,900 + VAT, and for repeat participation the fee is $1,700 + VAT. The fee includes the submission of up to three projects in different categories, evaluation by the jury panel, a description of the nominated projects in the "About the Award Projects" brochure, two tickets to the Summit, and three tickets to the Award Ceremony.

Do you provide feedback on nominated projects?

Yes, when submitting the application form for the first stage of the competition, we consult nominees and provide project recommendations from the Chair of the Jury. In the second stage, we offer comments from the jury members.

What is the deadline for submitting a project application for the competition?

The first stage for submitting project applications for feedback from the Chair of the Jury is open until 4 July 2025. The second stage for submitting the final versions of the project applications ends on 8 August 2025.
