Olga Baspayeva is the Executive Director of AIFC Academy and Chair of the International Association for Corporate Education Management (IACEM). She is a seasoned expert in HR, corporate learning, and human capital development, with nearly 20 years of experience in human resources and over 15 years leading corporate university initiatives.

Throughout her career, Olga has built and managed large-scale corporate learning and development systems, creating portfolios of 50+ training programs and networks of 300+ business trainers. Her expertise includes talent development strategy, corporate education transformation, trainer certification, and the monetization of corporate learning capabilities. She also brings more than 20 years of teaching experience.

Olga holds an Executive MBA from Geneva Business School and is a certified career consultant and business trainer, combining strategic leadership with extensive hands-on experience in workforce learning and development transformation.
