Olga Baspaeva has 15 years of experience in HR, including 10 years leading a Corporate University, and 20 years of teaching experience. She currently oversees the learning system of a large holding, managing up to 400 learners per day. Olga has developed a portfolio of over 50 training programs, a scoring-based evaluation system, and a team of 58 certified internal trainers. She successfully monetized the university's expertise, transforming it into an industry-wide competence center for developers across the CIS, achieving $2 million in turnover and 14% profit.
