Helo Tamme is a globally experienced People & Culture leader with over 20 years of international experience. She currently serves as Global People Lead at Gallagher Animal Management and is the President and Co-Founder of the Estonian HR Society.

Her expertise spans organisational culture, talent management, data-driven problem solving, stakeholder management, and employee engagement in diverse, multicultural environments.
