Gustavo Tavares is the Head of Talent Solutions at AON, bringing over 20 years of experience in the HR Professional Services sector. He has expertise in compensation, job design, performance, engagement, and EVP, and has led high-performing teams serving hundreds of clients throughout his career. 

In his previous role, he launched the Top Employers Institute Latin America subsidiary, driving significant revenue growth, NPS, engagement, and profitability. At Korn Ferry/Hay Group, he successfully managed the Productized Services business unit in Brazil and Mexico. Gustavo's career also includes positions at Nielsen and Philips. 

He holds a Business Administration degree from PUC/SP and an Executive MBA from INSPER. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, Gustavo enjoys rugby, tennis, music, and barbecuing in his free time.
