She is the founder of The EB Space, a global community for employer brand professionals, and the creator of EB Uncut - an event series built around honest conversations, practical learning and doing things differently. She leads Employer Brand & Attraction at one of the UK’s biggest retailers, shaping brands, experiences and stories that connect people to work with meaning.

Outside of corporate life, Claire writes about identity, ambition, inclusion and living with chronic pain, turning personal experience into conversation, visibility and advocacy. Her artwork explores emotion, identity and the complexities of human experience.
