Aigul Chertanova is an expert in building effective teams and systems, as well as developing people and organisations.

Aigul is the Vice President of the National Association of HR Experts of Kyrgyzstan and a member of the Asia Pacific Federation of HRM (APHRM) and the HR Association of Kazakhstan. Aigul serves as Director of Development at the Toyboss Group of Companies, one of the leading producers in the food and agro-industrial sector of Kyrgyzstan.

She is also a lecturer at KEU’s HR Master Programme, an HR and personal effectiveness expert at the Kyrgyz-Japanese Center for Human Development (KRJC), and a business trainer with over 15 years of experience. Aigul is a member of the Chamber of Independent Directors of the Kyrgyz Republic and a speaker at international conferences.

Aigul began her career with ten successful years in the legal field and has held leadership positions in HR in both international and local companies for over fifteen years.
