The EMBRAS Awardis a prestigious annual international award in the field of employer branding, which will take place for the eighth time on October 10, 2025, in Tashkent.

The award recognises companies for the most successful HR projects, programs, and achievements in employer branding and the HR industry, implemented over the past two years (2023-2025).

The main goal of the Award is to identify, support, and reward brands that successfully develop their strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing talent. The award aims to raise corporate culture standards, create an attractive employer image, and introduce innovative HR practices.

The objectives of the EMBRAS Award include recognising leading HR initiatives that strengthen the employer brand, enhance employee engagement, and create a comfortable and productive work environment. The award fosters the exchange of experience and knowledge among companies from various business sectors and regions, as well as promotes the development of best practices in talent management.
