Veronika Koppek has been working in the field of human resource management for over 24 years. She has led teams ranging from 3 to 12 people in various roles, including Head of Recruitment, Head of Consulting Projects, Head of Project Promotion, and HR Director. She is also the author of a series of seminars and training courses focused on developing leadership competencies.

During her consulting career, Veronika has successfully completed more than 60 projects on topics such as:

• Designing and implementing motivation systems
• Developing and launching talent pool frameworks
• Creating customer service standards
• Assessing key personnel (Assessment Center)
• Developing and implementing corporate competency models
• Auditing HR management systems
• Optimising business processes
• Team building initiatives

Education: She holds a specialised degree from the Faculty of Applied Psychology at BSPU, with a focus on entrepreneurial psychology, as well as an MBA education.
